Since 1859, the Duval-Leroy family has been cultivating exceptional vineyards in Vertus, on the edge of the Cotes des Blancs where the finest Chardonnay are grown.
Family run, it is the only Major House run by a Female CEO and winemaker team. Under their leadership, it has pursued quality and innovation being the first house to sustainably certified, to release an Organically certified cuvee and pursue Vegan compliance in 2015.

This champagne showcases Chardonnays from the best vineyards certified Grand Cru of six villages of the Côte des Blancs (Le Mesnil sur Oger Oger Avize Cramant Chouilly Oir)
This cuvee was embottled in a prestige container to ensure even higher quality in the wine, The choice of dark glass was made to avoid the risk of « light taint » caused by the action of ultraviolet rays on white wine.
Blend – 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru
This cuvee is the affirmation of what Duval Leroy’s style offers at its best, sharpened by an exquisite freshness The nose reveals complex aromas of white flowers, tangerines and hot almonds. On the palate, this great wine is silky smooth and exhibits a suppleness which provides the qualities of both balance and richness.
Serving temperature between 8 C and 10 C.
Decanter – 93 points
Delicious and breezy pastry shop, honey, posset and quince nose. The dosage is finely judged. A very long carry through the mid-palate is so impressive. Long finish.
