Description
The founding idea of Brimoncourt is to get back to the original DNA of champagne, to the time when it was a light and joyful wine for celebration, a wine to be shared with people but not in a formal way.
For three centuries, Champagne has been synonym of fine tables, subtlety and inspired savoir-vivre… Brimoncourt is our tribute to these for-ever Champagne values: elegance, independence, sharing and lightness.
A Daring Move – This signature is that of a charming dissenter: Alexandre Cornot. Passionate being, admirer of the terroir and Champagne lover, he breathes character and exigency into each and every one of the House’s creations.
A Joyful Expression – At Brimoncourt, we are proud of developing a lively and creative brand with strong personalities who share a common vision and passion for this wonderful wine that is Champagne. More than just a great wine, Brimoncourt is a way of being, inspired by free spirits: it is a chivalrous desire, a sophisticated response to convenience and boredom.
Cradle of Champagne – Our wines are born in Aÿ, in the historical heart of the Champagne vineyard, in nearly bicentenary buildings and gardens. This anchorage in Aÿ is also a promise and compels us to bring a special care to the selection of vines and grapes when creating the Brimoncourt wines.
Blends & grape varieties – Our Chardonnays, characterised by their fine bubbles and their floral notes, are made from the finest vintages of the Sézanais and the Côte des Blancs. Our Pinots Noir and Pinots Meunier stem from the Montagne de Reims and the Marne Valley. François Huré, Chief Oenologist, strives to respect our Champagne terroir and is a master in the art of blending.

Charming & Delicate
Its blend is made of 35% Chardonnay for elegance and finesse, 40% Pinot Noir for structure and colour, and 25% of Pinot Meunier for fruity aromas. Its delicate porcelain pink robe and its rose, raspberry and bergamot aromas add up to a voluptuous and seductive wine that will impress all tasters.
This is ideal to bring a cheese board. To be associated with Chaource, Brie or Salers. The Brut Rosé, thanks to its fruity notes, can also be enjoyed during dessert with a strawberry tart or rasberry macaron.
Tasting by Gérard Basset MW – Best sommelier of the World
Eye – This harmonious pink rasberry colored champagne is charming and delicate.
Nez – The nose is subtle and discreet with citrus and bergamot notes then opens on melon and raspberry notes
Palais – The palate is fresh, creamy with fruity aromas (rose, honey and cinnamon). The length and finesse will be appreciated by all the tasters.
James Suckling – 90 points
Pretty in pink, this rosé Champagne has a lot of charm, thanks to the effusive raspberry, citrus and apple aromas. Fruit-driven on the medium-bodied palate, the acidity lively enough to make you want a second sip. Rather supple finish. Drink now.
Wine Enthusiast – 88 points
A dark colored rosé, with a generous addition of red wine to give color, this is rich and soft. The red fruits give a rounded character to the Champagne, with a balancing acidity at the end.
