Fermentations in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, Aging in French oak barrels (1/3 new, 1/3 one year old)

EYE : Black colour, bold.
NOSE : Fine, subtle, intense black fruit aromas, generous blackberry aromas, subtle liquorice aromas,toast.
MOUTH : Refined, delicate, velvety, intense black fruit hints, slight spice hints, subtle liquorice hints, silky tannin,
round, structured body, good intensity, long length.
